ACP Villkor

När vi fyller på AC-gas i din bil gäller följande:

Gasen som redan finns i din bil är din.
Den gas vi fyller på tillhör UTOMS tills fakturan är betald.
Betalning ska ske enligt överenskomna villkor. Vid utebliven betalning går ärendet vidare till inkasso/Kronofogden.
Vi ansvarar inte för fel eller brister i AC-systemet som beror på ålder eller slitage. Påfyllning garanterar inte att systemet fungerar felfritt.

Genom att beställa AC-service hos oss godkänner du dessa villkor.

Villkor för påfyllning av AC-gas

Äganderätt
Gas som redan finns i kundens bil tillhör kunden. Den mängd gas som UTOMS fyller på förblir UTOMS egendom tills full betalning mottagits.
Betalningsskyldighet
Kunden är skyldig att betala för gaspåfyllning och utfört arbete enligt överenskomna priser och betalningsvillkor.
Obetald faktura
Vid utebliven betalning överlämnas ärendet till inkassobyrå och därefter, om nödvändigt, till Kronofogden. Samtliga extra kostnader belastar kunden.
Begränsning av ansvar
UTOMS ansvarar inte för fel, brister eller framtida problem i AC-systemet som beror på ålder, slitage eller andra omständigheter utanför själva gaspåfyllningen. Påfyllning av gas innebär inte en garanti för att systemet i övrigt fungerar felfritt.
Godkännande
Genom att beställa och låta utföra påfyllning av AC-gas hos UTOMS anses kunden ha godkänt dessa villkor.

When we refill AC gas in your car, the following terms apply:

The gas that was already in your car belongs to you.
The gas we add remains the property of UTOMS until the invoice is paid.
Payment must be made according to the agreed terms. In case of non-payment, the case will be transferred to a debt collection agency and, if necessary, to the Enforcement Authority.
We are not responsible for any faults or defects in the AC system caused by age or wear. Refilling gas does not guarantee that the system will work flawlessly.

By ordering AC service with us, you accept these terms.

Ownership
The gas already present in the customer’s car belongs to the customer. The amount of gas added by UTOMS remains the property of UTOMS until full payment has been received.
Payment Obligation
The customer is obligated to pay for the AC gas refill and the work performed, according to the agreed prices and payment terms.
Unpaid Invoice
In the event of non-payment, the case will be transferred to a debt collection agency and, if necessary, to the Enforcement Authority. All additional costs incurred will be charged to the customer.
Limitation of Liability
UTOMS is not responsible for any faults, defects, or future issues in the AC system that are due to age, wear, or other circumstances beyond the gas refill itself. Refilling gas does not guarantee that the system will function perfectly.
Acceptance of Terms
By ordering and allowing an AC gas refill performed by UTOMS, the customer is deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
